It's completely normal if you've never heard of some of these activities. If you're unsure what something is, look up the definition before making your selection so your results are as accurate as possible.

If an activity doesn't apply to you, simply leave it unrated.

The Rating Scale

Hard Limit — completely off the table. No exceptions.

Soft Limit — Outside my comfort zone, but I'd consider it for the right person.

I'll Do It — Not something I'd do myself, but I'm willing if my partner enjoys it.

Occasionally — I enjoy this, but not all the time.

Yes Please — I like this and want it often.

Hell Yes — major turn-on! I want it as much as possible.

For Dominants: Rate each activity based on what you enjoy participating in or incorporating into your dynamic, including activities you enjoy having your submissive do.

For Switches: Rate each activity based on the role you most enjoy for that activity. Some activities may have different ratings depending on whether you're acting as a Dominant or a submissive, so choose the perspective that best reflects your preferences.
